The U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS) Plan for Data Management and Communications (DMAC). DMAC home page.

Data Management and Communications (DMAC) is one of the highest priority areas of the sustained Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS). The DMAC subsystem will knit together the global and coastal components of the IOOS, and link every part of the observing system from the instruments to the users.
