The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) sponsored the work that produced these data products. We specifically thank Libby Jewett and Dwight Gledhill of the NOAA Ocean Acidification Program and Kimberly Puglise of the NOAA National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (Contract Number NA22NOS4780171) for their support of the WCOA cruises. Additionally, Jon Sharp’s research was supported under the OAP project "Temporal changes of ocean acidification indicators in the U.S. large marine ecosystems (LMEs) - an operational data product at NOAA/NCEI", project ID 21925 from the Cooperative Institute for Climate, Ocean, & Ecosystem Studies (CIOCES) under NOAA cooperative agreement no. NA20OAR4320271.

Here we provide surface plots and transect sections of physical and chemical data from the West Coast Ocean Acidification (WCOA) cruise in summer of 2021 (after Feely et al., 2024). Click on the Plots button to observe the individual surface plots and physical and chemical sections for each of the transect lines. Also, on the Animations button, find interpolated simulations of the surface physical and chemical parameters are represented as monthly mean time-series in the California Current Ecosystem from 1998 thru 2023 (Sharp et al., 2024).
